Take time to settle yourself, and cycle through your favorite versions of yoga nidrÄ ingredients 1 to 5.
Encourage yourself: âKnow that it is more than enough simply to be here and now, to be resting.â
Ask yourself a few questions.
How aboutâ¦
just seeing myself resting here and now?
just seeing, in this mindâs eye, myself now, breathing here?
watching myself resting here, from this moment now, right back through to the moment when I first lay down?
watching this body resting and breathing, from the very start of the practice up until right now and right here?
simply, kindly sensing myself for the whole time that Iâve been here, for the past 20 minutes?
just feeling this body here, in this place now, resting on just one small part of the whole world, one little place on the whole of the surface of the earth?
simply sensing the huge size of this planet earth, and at the same time seeing this little place where I rest, as just one tiny part of it?
just breathing in this place, sensing this tiny human form resting upon the vast surface of the planet earth, just resting in this moment?
letting go of this little game and knowing it is more than enough simply to be here and now, to be resting.
